Lyz's Shower

Since Margie seems to be slacking lately, I'll show you a couple of pictures from Lyz's bridal shower which was held at the Plainfield Township Fire Hall on April 8th. The first picture is of the "Schnitzel" girls (Barbara, Louise, Rebecca, Margie & Dottie. The second picture is of Lyz and her bridesmaids.

Wow - we're getting good!

Hi there again! Everybody came up to Wind Gap today because we had a bridal shower for Lyz (everybody except Ed, I mean - he wasn't invited). After the shower we went back to Charley & Margie's house and whipped out our instruments. We are starting to sound pretty good together. This will be our last group practice session before the wedding, but I'm feeling confident that we will be ready come June 16th!

Practicing Again

Boy, it's been a while since I last posted anything. Sorry about that! Anyway, Kyle, James and I drove out to PA on Monday, the 3rd of April. It's spring break at Hudson Area Schools this week. We got here Monday afternoon and then Margie & I headed down to Glenside on Tuesday. We haven't practiced our quintet together since Thanksgiving, but I'm sure we've all been practicing seperately - right Ed?! Louise couldn't make it to this practice session, and I think we did pretty good anyway. Her part is the cello and she keeps the beat for us. It will sound much better with her, I'm sure about that! Louise, Margie, Dottie and I are hoping to get together again this Saturday to practice.
