James and Nick

Nick came home from Camp Lejeune, NC for Thanksgiving. He and James are the hunters in the family, so here's a pic of Nick getting his doe ready for processing - yuk!! Nick came home again on Dec. 6th. He's home till the 27th, and Chuck and I will drive him back to Camp Lejeune, NC. He is on pre-deployment leave right now and will leave his truck here in Michigan because he is being deployed to Ramadi, Iraq on January 18th. He'll be in Iraq for one year. Nick is a mechanic on hummers and 7 ton trucks.

Kyle and Lauren

Kyle surprised Lauren and flew home from Pensacola, FL for Thanksgiving. It was a short weekend, but we were all glad to see him. Kyle will come home again on Dec. 15th and stay till the 31st. On the 31st he flies to Portland, ME for SERE School (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape). He'll finish that school on Jan. 12th and fly to Jacksonville, NC (New River/Camp Lejeune) on the 13th for his next school. He is eventually going to be a crew cheif on a CH-46 helicopter, but has lots of schooling to go thru first.
